ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The SLP will work with students to diagnose and treat communication and speech disorders in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students develop their communication skills and thrive academically and socially. Come join us in Chesterfield, VA!

Description:

• K-12 openings 
• CCPS uses a workload model for staffing and the average caseload is 45-55 students
• SLP workloads average 50% of the week providing direct IEP services.  
• Duties
  • Total IEP Service Hours per week
  • Required Documentation
  • Case Management- writing IEPs and progress reports
  • Planning and Material Preparation
  • Special programs/classes
  • Meetings
  • Evaluations and Report Writing

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure
• Experience working with school-aged children with communication disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Dedication to providing evidence-based practice and upholding ethical standards
